We are looking for a talented creative digital marketer who combines technical expertise with a creative approach and will help us bring the boldest ideas to life.
Main tasks:
Creating a creative strategy for digital advertising:
< li>Monitoring of market trends and analysis of current trends.- Conducting A/B testing and creating hypotheses based on the results of research aimed at attracting paid traffic and achieving CRI for key performances metrics: CPS (cost per click) and CPL (cost per lead);
- analysis of the effectiveness of creatives, and adjustment of the following TK according to the analysis
Preparation of briefs for designers and content creators:
- Analyzing creatives and determining best practices for the product.
- Working closely with designers: writing technical specifications, providing advice on the platform, texts, following the policies of advertising platforms.
- Responsibility for creative approval and advertising creation.
Constant testing of ideas:
- Active testing of various ideas and concepts to find an effective creative formula.
- In-depth studies of components (messages, formats, visuals) to achieve the best results.

Adaptation for different platforms and countries:
- Taking into account the specifics of each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) and adapting creatives to different countries.
- Understanding the specifics of countries, mentality and behavioral patterns.

Organization of brainstorms:
- Active collaboration with the team to generate the best ideas for advertising campaigns.
- Conduct meetings with variations to identify effective ideas.
CastDev Organization:
- organization of castdevs with clients to improve marketing communication
Working with a warm base:
- development and organization of newsletters, other events on the company base
- text writing and banner development
- audience segmentation
Organization of the creative process:
- Distribution of loading and preparation of creatives according to designers.
- Search for opportunities to automate processes, their simplification, introduction of new tools and approaches to increase efficiency.< /li>
Requirements:
- Experience in performance / digital / creative marketing from 2 years.
- High level of creativity and the ability to generate new ideas.
- Knowledge of the basics of SMM, content - marketing and analytics.
- Ability to work with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Figma, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and experience writing technical assignments for designers.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to make decisions based on data.
