ManyHr is a recruitment agency with over 6 years of experience in 22 countries and is looking for a Head of Recruiting. WHAT TASKS WILL BE IN FRONT OF YOU:* Building and implementing a hiring strategy.* Communicating with the client, guiding the client until the closing of vacancies.* Improving the hiring funnel. The goal is at least 90% closing of vacancies by recruiters (currently 60%), reduction of closing times by 30% (currently 30 days, for C-level - more than 90 days).* Correction and improvement of the onboarding system in the company. The goal is a 9/10 newcomer rating.* Digitization of all HR processes (it is important for us to measure efficiency, starting with the hiring funnel and ending with e-ltv of employees). The goal is to create a dashboard with regular calculation of key metrics.* Development of the company's internal HR brand. The goal is e-NPS 50%+ per year.* Development and implementation of the HR strategy for the next year based on business goals. Goal — 90% of strategy tasks completed 100% and on time.
MAIN EXPECTED RESULT: monthly closing of hiring plans, productive employees in departments. At the beginning of cooperation, 70% of the focus will be on effective recruitment and stable performance of indicators, and 30% on internal communications, adaptation and HR brand.
WE WILL WORK WITH YOU IF:* You have experience working as Head of Recruitment/Teamleader.* You know the specifics of recruitment in different countries.* You speak English at the C1 level.* You have experience in managing an HR team of 10 people.* You have successful cases: you know how to increase recruitment efficiency, your team closed at least 80% of plans are 100%.* You are not afraid to work on your own, immerse yourself in processes and improve them to improve team results.* There are no words "impossible", "personnel hunger", "difficult vacancy" in your lexicon. You easily close vacancies yourself and build this process through employees.* Regular management and effective management of a remote team is in your blood.* You love your job, your work brings you satisfaction, you love people and understand that people are the most important thing. You are also fully aware that an effectively selected employee by the recruiting department will potentially bring x2 results to the company.
