• search for candidates for open office vacancies (sales manager, realtor, , marketer, senior manager)
• plan and schedule interviews with managers
• conduct initial evaluation of resumes and phone interviews with candidates
• assistance in HR registration and onboarding processes, events and training
• reporting on the personnel selection process.

• Experience in a similar position or the desire to develop in this area
• High communication skills and the ability to deal with objections
• Organization and the ability to work in conditions of a high level of responsibility
• Competent language and mastery of excel
