Requirements:  

• experience work in a recruiting agency in a managerial position,
• from 5 years of experience in the field of recruiting,
• successful experience in managing a team, including motivation, training and development,
• excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• strategic and financial planning skills,
• knowledge of the labor market and trends in recruiting,
• ability to work with Djira, Hurma, Excel, 1C , On time, Canva.

Terms:  

• working hours: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;  
• a comfortable office in the center of Kyiv in the A-class business center (Gulliver shopping center).
