Executive Director in Ariez

A manufacturing company urgently needs an executive director on a permanent basis. The enterprise specializes in the production of building materials (Details about the specifics of the enterprise's activities during a personal conversation). 

We are considering candidates with experience in production.

Requirements:

• higher education, management or technical,
• fluent PC skills,
• 3 years of project management experience,
• business optimization experience structure and processes,
• skills for implementing automation of business processes, analytical thinking, leadership qualities, the ability to negotiate.
• Willingness to work on the result.

Working conditions:

• work schedule from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00 with elements of irregular work,
• comfortable working conditions, office workplace, technical support.
• Rate 65,000 + %,
• official employment,
• basic social package.

Tasks:

• analysis of the current state of operational processes
• accounting of existing processes, their analysis and formalization
• determination of control points and indicators
• Development KPI assessment systems for processes
• Efficiency analysis and adaptation of changes in processes
• Creating a plan for implementing changes in processes

Management of the internal audit process, recommendations for optimization of efficiency (system analysis, identification of weak points. optimization. development and implementation of recommendations)

Risk management and implementation of the risk minimization system (identification of potential risks, development of risk minimization plans, monitoring and analysis of the measures taken)

Project management and implementation of new innovations (planning and coordination of the implementation process, provision of appropriate resources to support projects. evaluation of results and analysis of the impact of innovations on operational activities)

Planning and management of business processes with the aim of increasing productivity and reducing costs (analysis and optimization of key business processes, implementation of effective methods of management of working and lean resources, identification of new opportunities for increasing work productivity)
