We have been on the market for more than 5 years building sales departments, both from scratch and systematizing and scaling existing sales departments.

Our clients: the chain of cinemas "PLANETA KINO", the security company "SHERIFF", the largest network of affiliated CrossFit clubs in Ukraine "CROSSFIT BANDA" and the rest of the 100+ companies that we have built sales.

Supplementing our main service, we have a recruiting department that, on average, closes up to 50 external and internal vacancies in the field per year of sales.

Why are we opening a vacancy:

In 2023, after the start of the war, we resumed recruiting and closed many vacancies, gradually adjusting the recruiting system on our own. In 2024, we began to adapt to the new requirements of the recruiting market in Ukraine: hire consultants for recruiting processes, systematize business processes, write scripts for recruiting communications with candidates and clients through the prism of sales, launch a search for specialists through LinkedIn, and more. Now the priority is to find a strong specialist who will continue where our team left off, with which we parted by mutual consent.

Who we are looking for:

A person who has progressed from a sourcer to a recruiter's team leader, or a recruiting team leader, is systematic, with a high level of emotional intelligence, communication, a desire to take responsibility and grow to a business partner of the recruiting division. What tasks:

  • form the division's development strategy;
  • rebuild the team from scratch;
  • renovate the division's business processes and motivation;
  • take over open tasks of the previous team for themselves;
  • form a high-quality "adult" interaction with the COO of our company;
  • renew the systematic search for candidates for internal and client vacancies;
  • arrange from the Councilthe company's directors of the recruiting strategy and start implementing it.

What are the expectations according to the results:

  • The first 2 weeks: adapt to our company and prepare a recruiting strategy for 1 year.< /li>
  • The first month: restore the system search for candidates for internal and client vacancies and set up the system interaction with the team at the COO of the company.
