An international tobacco company is looking for an Occupational Safety Engineer
Main responsibilities:
- Provide compliance with the legislation of Ukraine on labor protection at the enterprise;
- Conduct preventive work on industrial safety;
- Organize and conduct training on industrial safety. Implement new global best practices in the training process;
- Investigate accidents at the enterprise;
- Accompany occupational safety inspections;
- Provide methodological support on occupational safety issues to employees enterprises;
- Conduct training on industrial safety;
- Organize and support the workplace certification process;
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian labor protection legislation and international standards by subcontractors;
- Compile reports on production safety issues.
Main requirements:
- Higher education (preferably technical);
- Experience of working in international companies from 2 years in the labor protection department;
- Basic knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of industrial safety;
- Advanced user of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
- Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate
- Team player with developed communication skills, willingness to take responsibility, self-organization, high attention to details.
