Qualification and Experience:

Required:

• Higher Education (Banking, Accounting and Auditing, Jurisprudence)
• Experience in the banking system from 2 years, preferably in the risk unit/compliance, audit, financial monitoring unit.
• Excellent knowledge of current legislation, understanding of banking processes and their risks, Methodologies and methods of risk management, experience in internal checks,

Desirable:

• Experience of working with data arrays, technical production production. Tasks to form reports
• Experience in the construction and implementation of control procedures in the AML direction (assessment of the client's risk profile, sanction screening, monitoring of transactions, KYC)

Your role:

• The implementation of individual functions in accordance with the NBU 64 requirements in terms of compliance control, risk assessment. 
• Execution of compliance checks, formation of management reports, participation in business projects for the purpose of evaluating and minimizing compliance rises.
• Construction
• Preparing information for compliance reports.
• Interaction with structural units on compliance management management. , structural units at their request on compliance by the bank of legislation and relevant standards of professional associations, whose action applies to the bank. l>
