We are currently looking for a Manager of projects and programs in the field of tangible (intangible) production

Functional responsibilities:

• Determining the scope of the project;
• Development of the project plan: long-term and short-term planning;
• Organization of the project team, start project, project team management;
• Interaction with external providers;
• Setting tasks and setting priorities;
• Creation of project documentation;
• Control deadlines in projects;
• Quality control of services and works provided by external companies;
• Reporting on project status to management;
• Budget planning

• Full higher education (technical or architectural, or economics, or finance);
• Experience in project management (preferably will conduct projects in the field of general services: real estate / asset management / mail office organization / inclusiveness / implementation of business continuity solutions);
• Management, communication and presentation skills;
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both orally and in writing).
