Friends, we are currently looking for an ICT Risk Management Project and Program Manager

Your future functionality:

• Ensuring timely detection of risks information and communication technologies (hereinafter - ICT).
• Ensuring monitoring and prevention of violations of risk appetite indicators and risk limits regarding the Bank's ICT risk and banking OTP groups, control of approximation of risk indicators to risk appetite and risk limits regarding ICT risk and initiation of measures to prevent their violations.
• Implementation of timely and adequate management decisions regarding ICT risk mitigation, constant analysis of ICT risks to which the Bank is exposed during its activities, with the aim of preparing proposals for acceptance.
• Development and maintenance of methods, tools and models used by the Bank to analyze the impact of various risk factors on ICT risk.
• Influence on decisions that expose the Bank to significant risks and, if necessary, take all possible measures to properly inform the Bank's Supervisory Board, the Operational Risk Management Committee, the Bank's Management Board in order to prevent the adoption of such decisions.
• Application of internal control system requirements.
• Application of operational risk management and control tools.
• Participation in outsourcing risk management processes, scenario analysis, stress test, business continuity planning.
• Support and maintenance of IT solutions/modules of the Department.

Our candidate has:

• knowledge of banking and leasing standards, procedures and processes;
• skills in risk analysis and modeling, analysis of operational of risks;
• processing of large data sets;
• development and updating of GNI;
• analytical and logical thinking;
• ability to study and self-study;
• computer literacy (knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook at the level of an experienced user);
• English language - not lower than Upper Intermediate;
• knowledge of legislative acts and normative documents regulating banking activity, instructions, provisions and documents of the National Bank of Ukraine on internal control, operational managementoperational risks, outsourcing risk and business continuity management. 
• responsibility, sociability; 
• skills of extracting, structuring and formalizing information.
