Tasks that await you:

• Development and implementation of project management methodology (PM framework): formation of standards, templates, rules and project tools management;
• Project portfolio management: formation, maintenance and updating of the bank's project portfolio; participation in the prioritization of projects in accordance with the bank's strategy; control of project implementation according to deadlines, budget, resources and results; preparation of management reporting for the Board;
• Management of project managers: selection, training and development of project managers; methodological support and mentoring of PM; evaluation of the performance of PM and project teams
• Risk and change control: identification and escalation of project risks and deviations; control of changes in projects (scope, budget, timeline); ensuring timely management decisions;
• Communication and stakeholder management: interaction with department heads and the Board; ensuring transparency of project status; facilitating cross-functional interaction.

We are looking for a candidate who must:

• Understand the bank's strategy and translate it into a portfolio of projects;
• Be able to organize the work of cross-functional teams, work with resistance and complex stakeholders; 
• Identify and escalate risks before they become problems; 
• Prepare management recommendations, clearly present the status, problems and solutions; 
• Develop a culture of responsibility for the result, teach, be a mentor for the Republic of Moldova.
