Head of production shifts in Lantmannen Cerealia, Lantmannen, Lantmannen, AXA, START

The international company Lantmannen Cerealia is an international company with Swedish roots, specializing in the production of high-quality food products. Our team are professionals who create products with care and responsibility. In connection with the expansion of production, we are looking for an active and experienced specialist for the position of Head of production shifts.

Our products are breakfast cereals, instant cereals, bars:known under the brands AHA, START!, FINN CRISP. 

Requirements for candidate:

• Experience in production for at least 2 years, preferably in managerial positions (food industry production will be an advantage)
• Higher education in the field of food production technologies or related specialties (technical or technological education)
• Knowledge of the basics of production processes and quality standards in the food industry
• Understanding of the LEAN concept management
• Leadership qualities, the ability to organize the work of a team
• Responsibility, attention to detail and the ability to make decisions in a rapidly changing situation
• Computer skills at the level of a confident user (MS Office, 1C will be an advantage)
• Willingness to work in shifts (night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00; day shifts shifts from 07:00 to 19:00)
