We are looking for a person who will become the “voice” of the company in the online space.
You are the one who first responds to customers, helps to understand the problem, issue an application and maintains communication with the team of craftsmen.
This is a role for those who like to communicate, respond quickly and know how to turn appeals into satisfied customers.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining communication with by customers in the chat (website, Telegram).
Consultations regarding repair services, cost, terms, diagnostics.
Accepting applications, transferring them to the CRM for the technical department.
Supporting polite, fast and competent communication.
Collection of feedback, clarification of details, customer support until completion repair.
Requirements:
Competent written Ukrainian language, clear formulation of thoughts.
Confident user of PC and messengers.
Attention, courtesy, patience with customers.
Basic knowledge of computer technology - will an advantage.
Experience in customer support or online communication is desirable, but not mandatory.
Working conditions:
Salary: from UAH 26,000 to 30,000 + bonuses.
Schedule: 5/2 11:00-20:00.
Training and support from the technical team.
