Head of production in BRAVO HICh, TOV

We are looking for a manager who knows how not only to control, but also to adjust processes and the team.

Duties:

• Organization and management of production processes of welding production;

• Control of the implementation of production plans, deadlines and product quality;

• Management of production personnel (welders, foremen, foremen, fitters, assemblers);

• Optimization of production processes, improvement of efficiency and productivity;

• Control of compliance with welding technological processes;

• Control of production accounting, movement of materials and finished products in the accounting program BAS;

• Working with production tasks and planning in Trello and Google Sheets;

• Reading and understanding technical drawings and design documentation;

• Ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety and fire safety standards;

• Interaction with the supply department, engineering and technical personnel and management;

• Participation in the implementation of new technologies, solutions and equipment;

• Responsibility for achieving production indicators (timelines, quality, efficiency).

Requirements:

• Experience of work in production from 3 years;

• Experience of managing production team;

• Knowledge of welding technologies (MIG/MAG, TIG);

• Understanding production planning and accounting;

• Work experience or willingness to work in BAS, Trello, Google Sheets;

• Ability to read drawings and technical documentation;

• Responsibility, organization, leadership qualities;

• Technical education - desirable.
