We need not a theorist and not an "office manager", but a strong production manager who:
- has worked with his hands,
- led people,
- capable of order and result.
Key tasks:
- Full responsibility for the production cycle of motorhomes (from arrival at the base to delivery to the client)
- Planning of production, schedules, workload of people and resources
- Management of craftsmen and workers, strict control of discipline
- Optimization of processes: faster, better, without loss of standard
- Personal participation in complex and non-standard solutions
Mandatory requirements (without compromises):
- Experience as a production manager / senior foreman from 3 years
- Experience in the production of motorhomes, special equipment, furniture or complex products
- In-depth understanding of:electrical 12/220V">plumbing
- accessories, matterliv
- warming and installation technologies
