Head of production in Modul dizayn Ukrayina, TOV

Module Design is an innovative Ukrainian company specializing in the design and production of mobile real estate: modular buildings, modern interior solutions and small architectural forms. We implement unique projects in a short period of time using advanced technologies and non-standard architectural thinking.

Due to expansion, we are looking for a Head of Production who will take responsibility for managing the full production cycle of our products.

Who we are looking for:An experienced and systematic specialist who can organize efficient production work, optimize processes and ensure stable quality and timeliness of order fulfillment.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher engineering education.
• Experience as a production manager (in the fields of furniture production, modular construction, prefab solutions) - from 3 years.
• Profound understanding of production processes: woodworking, metal structures, assembly of modules.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work with design documentation.
• Experience in managing production personnel, organizing workshops and materials logistics.
• Responsibility, discipline, organization, strategic thinking.

Main duties:

• Organization of the full production cycle: from receipt of drawings to shipment of finished products.
• Management of production teams: allocation of tasks, control of deadlines and quality of execution.
• Optimization of production processes and improvement of the efficiency of use of resources.
• Ensuring compliance with safety techniques, product quality and production standards.
• Interaction with the engineering department and procurement.
