To build a clear and effective system of metrics, create a systematic approach to project management, Uinno is looking for a like-minded leader Head of PMO. We are a digital product agency that solves all the client's tasks on a turnkey basis with a team of 40+ people.

WHY ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The number of projects is increasing and we feel that it is time to change our approach, learn new things, build a strategy for the development of the PMO department. That is why we are looking for two incredibly talented mid-level PMs, a department head to join our team.

To begin with, get to know future colleagues, including PMs and managers who will support during the onboarding process and closely cooperate in the future:

• Dmytro Brahinets (Delivery lead)

Our company formally has a functional structure. Currently, we are outsourcing projects with an outstaff component. The outsourcing goes through the presale and possibly the discovery phase. Typical composition of the project team: PM, Designer, QA, FE/Mobile, BE.

CHALLENGES:

• Create a system of budget, timeline and project quality metrics.
• Build a project-relevant PMO department and create a motivation system
• Manage client expectations

As a department head, the main thing you will be responsible for is that all projects were implemented according to the best standards. Your job is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and with the required quality.

FOR US IT IS IMPORTANT:

• Two years+ of experience in the management position of RMO in an outsourcing company
• Leadership qualities, time management, facilitation and organizational skills
• Attention to details and technical aspects
• Advanced+ English
• Certification (PMP) would be a plus
• Systems thinking - ability to switch between processes
• People management skills - motivation, coaching, mentoring, etc...
