Data analyst in Nova Digital

The Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, which is part of the NOVA group of companies, is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and loads on them. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for aSystem Analyst (Data Warehouse Team).

• Participation in the development of project documentation;
• Model systems and describe them using various notations (Flowchart, BPMN , UML) and various methods (texts, tables, diagrams, diagrams, etc.).
• Building data structures and their connection with elements of the business model;
• Control and correction of semantic integrity data and metadata;
• Data flow description (DFD)
• Data profiling (verification of correspondence between requirements and data);

 Requirements:

• Experience in the specialty is not less than 3 years;
• Experience in data integration projects;
• Professional knowledge and skills in requirements collection, processing and analysis;
• Experience creation of data models (ERD);
• Experience of working with DBMS (ability to write SQL queries and work with DB) for at least 3 years;
• Understanding of software development requirements. Types of requirements (business/user/system, functional/non-functional, etc.);
• Knowledge of types of documentation and their purpose (BRD, FSD, SyRS, SRS, user manuals, instructions, regulations, knowledge base etc.);
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC): gathering and analysis of requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance;
• Knowledge of business process description notations (e.g. , BPMN);
• Ability to describe processes using block diagrams (Flowchart);
• Ability to describe processes and systems in UML notation (Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, etc.);< /li>
• Ability to read API documentation (ability to quickly analyze the format of messages and master the principles of the API protocol);
• Knowledge of basic software development management models (waterfall, iterative). Basic methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban);
• Communicability, accuracy
