Main responsibilities:
- Project planning: development of the plan, determination of goals, stages and terms of project implementation;
- Creation of the budget : estimating the cost of work, materials and resources needed to complete the project;
- Scheduling: drawing up a time frame for each stage of construction, including establishing control points;
- Team management: assigning tasks and coordinating work of all project participants, including architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors;
- Purchase of materials and equipment: organization of supplies and selection of suppliers to avoid delays;
- Preparation of documentation: execution of necessary permits, contracts and reports;
- Ensuring standards: monitoring the compliance of construction works with established standards and regulations;
- Safety inspection: regular inspections at the construction site to ensure the safety of workers;
- Risk management: identification of potential risks and development of plans to minimize them;
- Time and budget control;
- Progress monitoring: regular tracking of work according to the schedule;
- Change management: adjusting the project plan when necessary and managing changes in the budget;
- Reporting: preparing regular reports for the customer and project status manual;
- Conflict management: resolving disputes between participants of the project and minimizing the impact on deadlines and budget;
- Ensuring transparency: providing all parties with up-to-date information about the progress of work;
- Checking the completion of work: monitoring the implementation of all stages of the project and compliance with requirements;< /li>
- Delivery of the object: organizing the process of handing over the finished object to the customer;
- Closing the project: preparing the final documentation, analyzing the effectiveness of the project and identifying lessons for future projects.
