This role requires a seasoned HR professional who can manage international recruitment, policy drafting, organizational structure development, and overall HR activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to support the company’s growth and success.Key Responsibilities:Policy Development and ImplementationDraft, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.Communicate policies to employees and ensure understanding and adherence.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures, recommending improvements as necessary.International RecruitmentDevelop and execute global recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across various locations.Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.Organizational Structure DevelopmentDesign and implement organizational structures that support the company’s strategic objectives.Ensure effective role definition and clarity of responsibilities across the organization.Conduct regular reviews and updates of the organizational structure to meet evolving business needs.HR ManagementOversee all HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.Develop and implement HR programs that support employee engagement and retention.Ensure HR practices are aligned with the company’s values and culture.Collaboration with LeadershipWork closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals.Provide HR insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters.Employee Development and TrainingDevelop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.Conduct regular training needs assessments and plan training sessions accordingly.Support managers in developing and coaching their teams.Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with all employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.Manage HR-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Conduct regular audits to ensure HR processes and practices are compliant.HR Analytics and ReportingUtilize HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.Prepare and present regular HR reports to senior management.Monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on global or international HR.Proven experience in policy development, international recruitment, and organizational structure development.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across multiple countries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in HR software and tools.Web3 / Blockchain Organization Experience Mandatory Show more Show less Position level Responsible manager Type of employment Full time Industries Cryptocurrency services
