Online store manager in Stardeyl, OOO

In the Amashop online store, we are looking for a manager who will fully take care of its daily activities: starting from the presenters' work schedules, ending with sending parcels by post.

There are sales managers who conduct online broadcasts in TikTok, filming takes place in our studio on the Sonyakny railway station, there are goods and everything necessary for stable work. Your task:

• to be present on the broadcasts, to help the girls in their work, to control markups, the quality of the broadcast.  This is full-time employment, with access to certain hours on weekends;
• control the remaining goods, update the information in which sequence we will sell, inform that we still need to be delivered;
• interact with customers. There is a moderator on the air, your task is to record the moment of purchase, specify the moments of delivery;
• take care of collecting, packing and preparing orders;
• take care of the preparation of accompanying documentation;
• personally take care of sending orders to the department (goods are not heavy, we sell categories of zoo, new year, textiles, household appliances);
• keep reports sales.

To perform this job, you need:

• have a driver's license (mandatory, because you need to take parcels to the branch, even though the branch is not far away, but it is not one box. We provide labor car);
• live somewhere nearby (wife/m Sonyaknyi), because broadcasts can be delayed + work on weekends;
• we can hire without any experience at all, you will quickly learn work with TTN, primitive work with excel, we will teach you everything, show you everything;
• be pleasant in communication, responsible and (most importantly) an energetic person. Online broadcasts, battles in tiktok are about mood, excitement in communication, drive, ability to attract an audience and you, as the head of this direction, should create such a mood for work, tell the girls how to make their broadcasts watched even by those who are not going to buy anything at all.

Working conditions:

• full-time employment in our studio with visits to the post office to send parcels;
• working days from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., part-time on weekends;
• zp: rate 20 thousand + 10% of the sales volume (today this is an amount almost equal to the rate, later - more.
