Production and trading company Tehprom is looking for a talented and experiencedHead of Marketing.

Our team of creative professionals diligently generates leads for the sales department and actively works with modern tools in the field of e-commerce. Currently, they need a mentor and leader who can support existing projects and inspire new achievements.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for product promotion through company websites, marketplaces and social networks ;
• Analysis of advertising campaigns and strategy adjustment;
• Analysis of the market, competitors and CA.
• Marketing campaign budget management and cost optimization.
• Implementation of innovative approaches to digital marketing and promotion in social networks.
• Management of a team of 7 digital specialists (PPC, SMM, target specialist, content managers) and contractors.

Requirements:

• Experience with E-commerce projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Google ads, SEO, Facebook Ads.
• Excellent project and team management skills.
