Responsibilities:
Interaction with users:
- providing qualified consulting assistance in the technical and financial part of products using communication channels: online chat, phone.
Interaction with other company departments:
- transmitting requests to resolve technical and financial difficulties of users and receiving feedback for the purpose of further informing users;
- informing about detected problems or errors on supported resources.
