to its team >Purpose of the position: development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy aimed at supporting existing types of activities and developing new directions.

The key result of the activity in this position will be the indicator of revenue growth, brand strengthening and development of new markets .

MAIN DUTIES:

Development of marketing strategy

• Creation and implementation marketing strategy that corresponds to the goals of our company, with a focus on increasing the attractiveness of the brand, encouraging and retaining customers.
• Development of a strategy for the development of the company's products in the markets of Ukraine and Europe

Market research

• Development of assortment policy, introduction of new products to the market
• Market analysis of the raw material base, potential purchase channels

Internet marketing

• Planning and implementation of advertising campaigns in various media channels
• SEO, SEM, email distribution

Budgeting

• Budget planning for marketing research, advertising campaigns, etc.
• Calculation of the effectiveness of investments in the marketing budget (ROMI, ROAS)

Qualification:

• Full higher degree in marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and public relations
• Proven experience in successful marketing and PR campaigns
• High level of strategic thinking, analytical skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge and confident use of marketing tools and PR content management systems
