Head of Marketing in Joys

For our partners of Wild Wild Group we are looking for an ambitious Head of Marketing.

Expectations:
- ability to develop and implement marketing strategies;
- understanding of SERM;
- skills in managing and optimizing marketing budgets to achieve the best ROI;
- possession of two or more tools: Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, Looker Studio, OBBox, RoiStat or Google Analytics;
- practical experience in setting up advertising cabinets (FB or Google);
- skills building an analytics system: search for marketing channels, conversion for each, CPL, CAC, end-to-end analytics;
- understanding the basics of retention.

It is important for us to have 5 years of experience in marketing, 1 year in affiliate marketing.

Responsibilities of the Head of Marketing:
- development and implementation of complex marketing strategies;
- conducting market analysis to understand trends and identify new opportunities;
- control over the creation, execution and optimization of targeted marketing campaigns through various channels adapted to attract and retain customers;
- setting metrics for all marketing initiatives, focusing on measurable results: generation of leads, customer attraction and ROI from marketing expenses;
- search for contractors and control of the work performed;
- generation of marketing connections;
- work with the quality of leads: increase quality, price reduction;
- work on retention: development of a matrix of products for retention;
- marketing budget management;
- search for innovative marketing techniques and technologies;
- reporting results, providing analytics and recommendations for improvement.
