Business is growing rapidly and that is why we are looking to expand our team to meet the growing demand for our services. We are currently looking for an experienced About object manager which will help the company reach new heights and strengthen the company's position on the market.

Project coordination:
- Organization and control of construction projects from the moment of signing the contract with the client.
- Detailed study of technical, construction and organizational aspects of projects to ensure accurate planning and implementation.
- Monitoring compliance with deadlines works, quality and project costs.
Customer interaction:
- Communicating with the client to agree on requirements and decisions related to the project.
- Providing the client with regular information about the status of the project, solving problems and organizational issues that arise in during implementation.
Coordination of internal departments:
- Communication with the commercial department, financial department, technical department, purchasing department to solve issues related to the implementation of the project.
- Ensuring the exchange of information between departments related to with the project, for prompt resolution of issues.
- Organization of work with outsourcing companies as needed to resolve problematic issues on the object.
Visits to objects (if necessary):
- Visits to construction sites to monitor construction progress, check compliance with plans and quality standards.
We would like the candidate to have the following competencies:
- Higher technical or construction education (preferred).
- Work experience as a project manager or project manager for at least 3 years, preferably in the construction industry.
- li>Knowledge of the basics of financial project management.
- High level of communication skills, the ability to work in a team and establish interaction between subdivisions.
- Knowledge of the English language at the intermediate level and above will be an advantage.
