Resposibilities:
• Manage ServiceNow, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, 1C, MD Office, MEDOC/FREDO.
• Maintenance IT environment (Servers, Network, SLA, IP telephony, etc.)
• Organization, coordination and control of the development of the company's activities in the field of information technologies and the organization of business processes
• Develop action plans and manage information technology projects.
• Positively influence the P&L of the business by providing effective IT service solutions.
• Implement projects on IT Integration/Strategy and planning at the country level.
• Check and determine the compatibility between the defined business processes and the available functionality of the established business solutions (WMS, TMS, CRM, Financial system).
• Organize work on maintaining corporate networks, correcting malfunctions, timely replacement and repair of equipment, updating server software for the efficient operation of company tasks.
• Liaises with IT service providers based in-country and in other countries where services may be provided / hosted
• Provide effective IT/BPO support to the business development function – from pre-sales to implementation.
• Provide business-IT account management responsibility for in-country customers.
• Own the development and delivery of the Country IT budget
• Implement the IT/BPO Operating Model within the Country structure
• Ensure implementation of divisional standards (e.g. Depict, ITIL)
• Analyse support requests to identify trends or training needs
• Act as business process functional advisor to facilitate the resolution of applications issues
• Lead development of ISO framework for the country
• Manage the DGFF IT Budget and creation of business cases for required investments.
• IT troubleshooting: obtain an issue, analyze it, try to solve using knowledge base or collect maximum of information for escalation to the second level.
• IT equipment and software installation.
Requirements:
• Higher technical education (IT);
• Experience in a similar position 4+ years
• Proven track record of Hardware & Software configuration and setup
• Network understanding
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to resolve and prioritize tasks.
• Expected to have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Advanced English - written and spoken.
• Knowledge of 1C will be an advantage.
• Strong time management, good communication skill,
• Driving licenses B category.
