System administrator.

Functional duties:

• Accept and process user requests. 
• Perform technical support for users remotely and in the office.
• Consult users.
• Regularly inform users about the progress of solving their applications.
• Conduct primary diagnostics and troubleshooting of computer equipment.
• Maintain servers.

Requirements for candidates:

• Higher technical education (information technology).
• Experience in a similar positions (system administrator, service desk, help desk, 1 line of support) - from 3 years.
• Administration and maintenance of OS Windows servers.
• Knowledge and experience with DBMS is desirable MS SQL, Oracle.
• Experience in user support.
• Knowledge and experience with Hyper-v, VMWare will be an added advantage.

• Writing and oral literacy.
• Respect and tolerance in relation to users, communication and customer orientation .
• Resistance to stress.
