Head of IT in Mega Kredit

Mega Group is a dynamic Ukrainian group of companies with over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry and auto financing. We make cars accessible to everyone: through Mega Motors we offer a full cycle — from selection and import from the USA/China to trade-in and sale in stock (60+ cars every month). 
Mega Credit is our financial platform for fast lending and leasing, which simplifies the transaction for individuals and legal entities. We work throughout Ukraine, focusing on transparency, saving time/money and European service. We have more than 1,000 satisfied customers!

In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a Head of IT who will be responsible for the entire technological direction of the company: contractor management, IT security, product development and implementation of modern solutions (including AI).

Main tasks

• Management of the entire IT stack of the company:
  website, personal account, mobile application, integrations with external services
• Control of external contractors:
  task setting, time and quality control, management budgets, SLA
• Ensuring IT security:
   implementation of basic standards, vulnerability control, risk minimization
• Implementation of automation:
  CI/CD, monitoring, optimization of infrastructure and processes
• Integration of AI/ML solutions:
   scoring, anti-fraud, chatbots, personalization (at the level of decision selection and integration)
• Participation in product solutions:
  assessment of technical implementation, risks and impact on business
• Formation of technological roadmap:
   planning of product development, architecture and infrastructure

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT
• Experience in managing outsourced / outstaffed teams or contractors
• Experience in fintech or e-commerce - will be an advantage
• Understanding modern architectures and high-load systems
• Practical experience in the field of cybersecurity
• Experience with integrations (payment systems, APIs, third-party services)
• Understanding AI/ML at the level of integrations and business applications
