Job description:

We are looking for a case manager to work with families who are in difficult life circumstances and at risk of divorce with children. The main goal of the work is to support families, develop parenting skills and prevent the removal of children from their family environment.

Main duties:

• Collection of information about families with children who are at risk of divorce with children;
• Management of cases of families where there is a threat of removal or separation from children due to danger to children's life and health;
• Organization of work with families aimed at development of parental skills and comprehensive development of children;
• Providing practical and advisory assistance to parents in fulfilling parental responsibilities;
• Assessment of strengths and needs of families, analysis of life situations, assessment of parental potential ;
• Performance of tasks in accordance with individual work plans aimed at improving the living situation of families;
• Organization and implementation of social events aimed at helping families overcome difficult life circumstances;

• Development of crisis action plans in cases when a child is in danger;
• Maintenance of necessary documentation, use of approved tools for assessment and work with cases;
• Development of a schedule of visits in families and coordination of work with other specialists;
• Preparation of requests for material assistance to families under case management and participation in its issuance;
• Participation in meetings, trainings and other events within the framework of the project;
• Preparation of work reports, social stories, photo materials;
• Keeping records and ensuring timely reporting on the work performed.

  • Experience of working in the social sphere or with children and families who are in difficult life circumstances;
