Location: Mykolaiv region, Berezansky district, village Kalinovka

We are looking for a candidate with:

• higher education; 
• knowledge of personnel search methods;
• knowledge of labor laws of Ukraine;
• experience in personnel administration;
• ability to make decisions within the framework of one's authority, responsibility.

Area of ​​responsibility:

• Formation of personnel records at the enterprise and its full management in paper and electronic form; 
• Timely and high-quality closing of vacancies of various levels of complexity, search and recruitment;
• Adaptation issues , motivation, personnel evaluations;
• Work with state bodies, timely submission of necessary reports;
• Formation of corporate culture at the enterprise, organization and holding of corporate events;
• Consulting employees on issues of labor legislation.
• Introduction of a room painting
• Introduction of employee timesheets
• Knowledge of the 1C8 program
