Currently, due to the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a responsible and experienced HR Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities:

- Recruiting personnel for various divisions of the company;

- Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates;

- Organization of integration of new employees;

- Maintaining personnel documentation;

- Development and implementation of HR strategy in the company; 

- Writing the functional duties of employees;

- Corporate culture.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position from 5 years;

- Higher education in the field of personnel management or psychology, or management;

- Ability to work in a team and make decisions;

- High sociability, multitasking , stress resistance and organizational skills.
