We invite you to join us for the position of Head of the Human Resources Department in order to build a strong and cohesive team together.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of personnel records: acceptance, transfer, dismissal, registration of personnel files and personnel documentation;
• Maintenance of military records of Ukraine;
• Maintenance of sick leave, timesheets, vacation schedules;
• Preparation of reports and interaction with state bodies (TCC and SP, State Labor, Pension Fund, Employment Center).
• Implementation of digitization tools: electronic document management, optimization of routine operations and others.
• Conducting interviews with candidates;
• Providing advice to department heads and employees on personnel and military issues.
• Submitting a notice to the State Security Service.
