Your tasks:

• Full personnel administration in compliance with the Labor Code of Ukraine and other regulatory acts;
• Maintenance of military records;
• Formation and support of personnel orders (acceptance, transfer, transfer, dismissal);
• Maintenance of personal files of employees, time sheets, personnel journals; sick leave;
• Amendments to the staff list;
• Formation of documents for assigning pensions;
• Preparation of personnel reports in accordance with current legislation and internal regulations.

Our expectations:

• 2 years of work experience in a company with 50-100+ employees;
• Confident knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine and the basics of personnel management;
• Experience with 1C 8, Microsoft Word, Excel;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and documentation;
• Responsibility, energy, systematicity, results orientation.
