 Vacant position: head of the personnel department

 Main duties:

• organization and control of the work of the department, organization and management of personnel records in accordance with legislation, normative documents and internal regulations of the enterprise;
• recruitment of personnel for vacant positions, assistance in the adaptation of newcomers;
• analysis of personnel by categories, professions, education, age, analysis of the reasons for staff turnover, preparation of reports within the established terms;
• organization and control of timely processing of documents for hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees, preparation of draft orders in accordance with legislation;
• organization of employee working time records, implementation of control over the state of labor discipline and compliance by employees with the rules of internal labor regulations;
• organization of the preparation of employee vacation schedules, summarization and monitoring of their compliance;
• preparation of established reporting, analytical reports and information related to the work of the department;
• organizes and controls the maintenance of personal military records in accordance with legislation;
• monitoring of changes in legislation and timely implementation department.

Qualification requirements:

-Higher education;
- work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
- knowledge of labor legislation and personnel work;
- ability to work with a large amount of information;
- communication;
- organizational skills;
- responsibility and ability to make decisions;
- effective teamwork.

Working conditions:

• Mon-Fri (from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.);
• salary from UAH 32,000 ;
• location: Kyiv, Pechersky district,
