Requirements:

• Knowledge of regulatory and legal acts on personnel issues, personnel administration, ;
• Experience in developing local regulations - legal acts
• Experience in military accounting and booking;
• Confident knowledge of labor legislation
• High communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Responsibility, organization, stress resistance

Working conditions:

• convenient work schedule: MON-FRI from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordination and control of the personnel department
• maintenance of primary accounting documentation, accounting of employees of the enterprise, its divisions; accounting of conscripts and conscripts working at the enterprise;

• registration of hiring, transfer, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation;
• compilation of established reporting on work with personnel.
