You is our ideal candidate if:

• You have a higher education: personnel management, organization management
< li>You have 3 years of work experience in the position of head of the HR department, HR-generalist
• You have knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine
• You have experience in developing and implementing personnel efficiency indicators

• Understand business processes and company goals
• Own various tools to build effective processes
• Able to make business decisions based on data
• Able to respond to problems, look for solutions
• You have systemic thinking, an active attitude in life
• You have high communication skills, you know how to take on the role of an empathetic leader
• You know how to communicate your goals to others, clearly and clearly express your thoughts when communicating with people
• Knowledge of English is desirable
• A confident PC user, knows certain specialized programs

You will face the following tasks:

• Be a leader and coordinator: think up, plan, approve, allocate tasks, implement, analyze - we will help, but you are in charge!
• Management and organization of the work of the HR department
• Audit, development and implementation of HR processes
• Analysis and optimization of HR processes in accordance with the general corporate norms of companies and legislation
• Development and implementation of motivational programs for personnel< /li>
• Training and development of personnel
• Coordination of the process of admission and adaptation of new employees
• Conducting measures for the involvement of candidates and retention of personnel
• Control of personnel documentation in accordance to legislation and corporate standards
• Psupport of global and local HR projects and initiatives
• HR marketing (monitoring of the labor market, correct positioning of Companies as attractive employers, informing the target audience about job opportunities, support and development of a positive image of Companies)
• Assistance in creating an employer brand at the local level
• Control and coordination of the implementation of annual plans and goals in teams
• Participation in the creation and initiation of timely changes to the remuneration system, employee motivation

• Maintaining a comfortable psychological atmosphere in the team
• Building a dismissal system
• Controlling the state of labor discipline
• Creating a corporate culture
• Creation of KPI system
