    The communal enterprise "ATP KMDA" is looking for a responsible, progressive, active head of the personnel support sector for its team

           Position - Head of the personnel support sector< /strong>

          In this position, you will need:

• organization of the work of the HR department (registration of acceptance, transfer, dismissal of employees; managing personal affairs, accounting for vacations and sick days, etc.);
• recording and tabulation of employees' working hours, drawing up work schedules;
• developing a staff list; job instructions, regulations.
• organization of military accounting;
• drafting of letters, protocols, orders for the enterprise;
• keeping of personnel reports.

          Our ideal candidate:

• 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• confident user of MS Office programs; Askod;
• knowledge of the Code of Conduct and the regulatory framework;
• ability to adjust the work of subordinate personnel;
• organization, attention to details, responsibility;
