Recruitment Manager in Autsor

What will you do:

• Management of the full cycle of closing vacancies (resume selection / telephone interviews / interviews);
• Compile job descriptions and their publication on candidate search sites;
• Maintain an internal database of candidates;
• Report on candidate selection process;
• Staff onboarding;
• 1:1 meetings to maintain a comfortable microclimate;
• Work to maintain and develop our specialists;
