We are looking Head of HR- of a strategic leader who acts as a business partner for top management and turns the company's goals into a measurable people strategy. A person who systematically builds and scales HR processes, ensuring sustainable business growth.

Tasks and challenges that await you:

  • Partnership with top management:deep dive into the company's business goals, financial and operational metrics and constraints, and then transform them into measurable people strategy and HR initiatives that directly impact business results.

  • OKR and KPI: Developing and implementing a system that supports the company's ambitious but realistic goal setting and scaling.

  • Performance review: ensure a transparent, understandable and fair performance evaluation aimed at identifying high- and low-performers, making management decisions and further development of talents.

  • Headcount-planning: forming and revising the organizational structure, roles and hiring plans taking into account strategic priorities, business dynamics and effective use of resources.

  • HR function: management of the HR team (Talent Acquisition Partner and People Operations Specialist), responsibility for key processes - recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, offboarding, HR analytics and reporting.

Tasks for the first 3 months of work:

  • Establishing effective contact with C-level and department heads.

  • Analysis of the current OKR and KPI system: identification of strengths and weaknesses, development of an improvement plan and first implementation of these steps.

  • Evaluation of Performance review processes: how high- and low-performers are currently identified, and preparation of an action plan for system optimization.

  • Acquaintance with the existing people-care programs and their implementation before hiring an additional person in the team and transferring this function

To achieve the result, you will need:

  • 2+ years of management experience(HRD / Head of HR / CHRO / HR Lead) in a product company with high performance and scaling experience.

  • Mature stakeholder skills:building partnerships with C-level and executives, working with different interests and expectations.

  • Communication and impact: ability to argue a position, negotiate, hear the other side and find win-win solutions in difficult situations.

  • Strong personal position and courage: readiness to challenge the status quo, to defend unpopular but necessary decisions.

  • Data-driven approach: making decisions and evaluating performance based on metrics, experimentation, and understanding causal relationships.

  • Performance evaluation processes: experience in building and improving Performance review, KPI and OKR systems.

  • Experience of transformations and operational maturity: participation in the transformation of HR or operational processes, scaling or changing approaches in a growing business.

It will be a plus:

  • English at level B1 and above

  • Little previous hands-on experience in recruiting
