We are developing a new subscription model and are looking for someone who will take on the main challenge - to scale audience and income growth through performance and growth-marketing.

Functional Responsibilities:
- Build a subscription and revenue growth strategy.
- Launch and scale campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, SEO, email, partnerships.
- Optimize funnels at all stages: acquisition > activation > retention > upsell.
- Manage budget, forecast ROI and track unit economics.
- Implement A/B testing (prices, leads, messages) and confirm hypotheses with numbers.
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design, PR).
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in growth/performance marketing.
- Practice with GA4, BigQuery, Data Studio / Looker.
- Ability to work with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Understanding AARRR, CAC, LTV, payback period models.
- Experience in product companies (SaaS, media, e-commerce, platforms) day.
