Digital Marketing Manager in Logity

We are looking for a digital marketer to manage lead generation and scale results for our projects.

We currently have several existing projects that we are actively scaling, and those that are in the preparation or launch stage. All of them are related to the niche of logistics and freight transportation (services and SaaS solutions) in North America.

Who we need

Digital Marketing Manager/Digital Marketing Specialist/Digital Marketer, who:

• knows how to manage advertising campaigns from launch to analysis and improvement;
• understands the sales funnel and what drives conversion at each of its stages;
• knows how to plan and implement plans;
• understands UI/UX at the level how the content "fits" into the design and affects the conversion;
• has a deep understanding of the customer journey and the principles of lead generation, understands the stages of lead development;
• understands the role of each digital channel, has the skills to cooperate with SEO, PPC, email and targeting specialists;
• is able to form hypotheses, check them and implement the results;
• professionally uses Google Analytics and other tools (Ahrefs, etc.), knows how to configure reports and understands the principles of integrating lead generation channels with the CRM system, understands the principles of building end-to-end analytics; and analytics to identify trends, insights and opportunities for optimization and provide data-driven recommendations to improve overall marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation omnichannel digital strategy for company projects (SEO, email, PPC, Meta, etc.).
• Management of all lead generation to achieve business goals, management of advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.
• Formation and testing of marketing hypotheses (new ideas, offers, messages, creatives, channels), initiation and implementation of changes.
• Analysis of customer acquisition funnel and optimization conversions.
• Participation in setting up end-to-end analytics and correct data tracking.
• Participation in the development of sites and landing pages.
• Working with analytics (GA4, CRM) and preparing reports.
• Coordinating work and setting tasks for colleagues and contractors (designer, content marketer, targetologist, SEO specialist, developer, etc.), cooperation with cross-functional teams.

• Management of the digital marketing budget and analysis of advertising campaigns (CPL, CAC, ROMI, ROAS).

Requirements

• Experience in PPC / Performance marketing from 3-4 years (Meta, Google, YouTube).
• Experience in launching projects in the US markets.
• High level of practical experience and knowledge in working with the main digital channels and tools.
• Hands-on experience in launching advertising, launching and managing advertising campaigns (Google, Meta) information.

• Independence, proactivity, perseverance, desire to grow and develop.
