Head of FP&A, Finance Business Partnering in Comfy

COMFY is transforming the finance function and creating a new leadership role in finance.

We are looking for a Head of FP&A & Finance Business Partnering to lead the financial planning and business partnering function, ensuring management decision making based on financial insights with a focus on profitability, unit economics and business efficiency.

Main tasks

• financial business partnership with Commercial, E-commerce, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain functions
• participation in key business decisions: pricing, promotional campaigns, assortment management, launch of new products, channels, stores
• P&L management at the level of categories, channels and stores, deviation analysis of plan vs actual
• budgeting, rolling forecast and scenario financial modeling
• analysis and management of profitability (price / volume / mix, promo impact)
• implementation and development of unit economics (LTV, CAC, Contribution Margin, CM/CAC) for growth business on the basis of a profitable economy, not just a bargain
• management of the efficiency of stores and operations
• management of a team of 15 specialists (FP&A analysts, Finance Business Partners, controllers)
• team development and transformation of the financial function: implementation of analytics and financial storytelling standards. Building a business partnering model, implementing decision templates and a unified data model, developing interaction between FP&A, Accounting and Business Analytics.

What is important to us

• 8-12+ years of experience in FP&A / Commercial Finance / Strategy
• work experience in retail or e-commerce
• strong financial modeling skills and analytics, understanding of unit economics
• power BI/ SQL skills
• experience working with large volumes of data
• team management experience
