Head of Finance in Mindly

We are looking for an ambitious Head of Finance to join our team. About the position: The Head of Finance will be a strategic partner for the CEO and will be responsible for all financial processes at Mindly. Special attention will be paid to financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting and financial accounting, as well as the implementation and management of automated accounting and financial reporting systems. Duties also include ensuring compliance with legislation in the field of legal regulation and international tax norms of the EU. Future tasks: 1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Development and management of financial plans, budgets and forecasts. Preparation and presentation of financial reports to shareholders. Implementation and support of automated financial reporting systems to optimize processes and improve quality and accuracy. 2. Reporting and compliance: Ensuring timely and accurate submission of all statutory financial reports and tax returns. Coordination with external auditors and tax consultants to conduct audits and ensure accurate financial reporting. Development and implementation of robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and reporting. 3. Accounting and Financial Accounting:Managing a team responsible for accounting and financial accounting.Your Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking or management consulting.Experience in one of the Big Four or leading investment banks or companies in management consulting will be an advantage. Experience working in fast-growing EU or US companies will be a big plus. Be highly involved in the process. English level B2. What we offer: A supportive and innovative work environment.
