Future tasks of the Head of the Management Control Department:
- Supporting the Bank's Management (CEO, CFO, Heads of Business lines), the BNPP Group (EM Finance) and the Supervisory Board in making financially sound decisions. Ensuring long-term stability and long-term profitability of the Bank.
- Organization and implementation of the process of comprehensive bank-wide strategic and budget planning of the Bank's activities.
- Organization of the Bank's cost management.
- Management capital of the Bank to ensure the long-term development of the Bank and the fulfillment of regulatory requirements.
- Organization and development of the management reporting and financial analysis system
This job is made for you if you have:
- Higher economic/mathematical education.
- 10 years of experience in financial planning and reporting in a commercial bank, of which 3 years in managerial positions in the financial direction.
- Experience in financial analysis of projects.
- li>A significant advantage will be the presence of a certificate, or successful passing of the ACCA/CFA/CIMA exams.
- Knowledge and experience of working in the field of IFRS for at least 5 years.
- Knowledge and experience of building a business process planning and building a development strategy.
- Knowledge of the concept and practices of asset-liability management and transfer pricing in banks.
- Understanding the pricing of banking products and accounting for complex capital market products (forwards, swaps, etc. .d.).
- Knowledge and experience of working with large volumes of data, data modeling \ BI systems (knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / QlikView / SPSS etc is a plus).
- English : Advanced (required).
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, leadership skills.
