Business Development Manager (СPA network) remote in Preis HR agency

For our client, international partner program (CPA network), we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager (remote).

In this position, you will receive a portfolio of active English-speaking advertisers for further development. Also, your responsibilities will include finding, attracting and developing new advertisers from scratch.

Necessary skills:

• Deep understanding Performance Marketing and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of key online metrics;
• Flawless communication and teamwork skills;
• Oral and written English at a level no lower than Upper-Intermediate.
• The possibility of traveling abroad to participate in international conferences and meetings with international partners .

It will be a plus: < /span>

• Experience of working with sweepstakes during the last period;

Key responsibilities:

• Maintenance and development of existing advertisers;
• Search, attraction and further development of new advertisers;
• Building long-term relations with advertisers and the constant search for new opportunities to increase the company's profits both online and at professional events from around the world;
• Analysis of statistical data in order to find ways to improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
• Daily collaboration with representativesand affiliate department;
• Activity analysis competitors and market trends;
• Document management and reporting.
