Join our team as a Head of distance learning

Main tasks:

• Organization of the work of the department and development of distance learning in the Company;
• Development of educational content: meetings with customers, definition of goals, analysis of information, selection of appropriate training format, preparation of materials and tests, participation in the creation of new designs;
• educational products and updates of existing ones: courses, presentations, infographics, guides, etc.;
• Creation of assignments and tests;
• Active participation in distance learning projects;
• Control of Telegram training groups;
• Presentation of new ideas, projects.

Basic requirements:

• Experience in distance education from 2 years;
• Experience in the position of Distance Education Manager (willing to consider leading specialist/manager);
• High level of command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written);
• Knowledge of the basics of andragogy and instructional design (instructional design);
• Ability to create effective, high-quality, accessible and modern educational products and turn complex text into exciting educational content;
• Knowledge of the main principles of visual design;
• Knowledge of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of training;
• Striving for continuous self-development, systematicity, creativity, attention to details;
• Proficiency in programs: Word, Power Point, Canva, Articulate is a must;
• LMS skills.
