Your responsibilities:< /strong>
- Marketing strategy and development:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies to support B2C and B2B projects.
- Analysis market and trends to form effective marketing campaigns.
- Team management:
- Marketing and analytics:
- Planning digital campaigns to attract customers and increase sales.
- KPI analysis and implementation of improvements.
- Customer experience:
- Formation of personalized offers for B2C and B2B customers.< /li>
- Development and implementation of loyalty programs, promotions and services to increase customer retention.
- Interaction with UX|UI designer to improve sites.
- Development of site functionality:
- Cooperation with technical contractors to improve site functionality.
- Financial control:
- Managing budgets and increasing ROMI.
- Interaction with business:
- Collaboration with related marketing teams for project development.
- Initiation of promotions and new projects for B2C and B2B growth segments.
We expect you to:
- Have experience in digital marketing for at least 3 years, in particular in the field of e -commerce.
- You confidently manage projects and teams.
- You know how to analyze the market, work with CRM, SEO, PPC and create digital strategies.
- You can find effective solutions for development business.
