Role Title: Head of Digital Operations (Head of Digital Operations)

Reporting to:Head of Corporate Center

Reason for role opening:Due to the promotion of the previous head, Zagoriy Foundation is opening the role of Head of Digital Operations to provide continuous, managed and expected performance of digital operations in the Foundation's scaling process.

Impact on company mission:Zagoriy Foundation relies on digital operations as a tool for scaling, coordinating teams and improving operational efficiency. This role ensures that the digital component supports the implementation of Zagoriy Foundation's mission without losing control and growth.

Role Mission:Take full responsibility for Zagoriy Foundation's digital operations - from their stable operation to actual use by teams - based on a robust IT infrastructure.

Who is the role

You will be comfortable in this role if you:

- managed digital or IT projects with full responsibility for the result;

- worked in an environment with several parallel initiatives and different stakeholders;

- are able to structure requests and translate them into clear tasks;

- are not afraid to make decisions and keep priorities;

- enjoy completed, working solutions.

The role will not suit you if you:

- are looking for a purely strategic or advisory position;

- expect fully developed processes “at the entrance”;

- want to deal only with technical implementation;

- avoid personal responsibility.

Main areas vresponsibility

Ownership for end-to-end digital operations

Responsibility for ensuring that all digital solutions are prioritized, implemented, used comandates and did not create operational debt.

Unit system for managing requests and priorities

Responsibility for a transparent digital decision-making process: from receiving a request to its implementation or rejection.

Predictable delivery and work with contractors

Responsibility for a stable rhythm of work of internal teams and external partners without manual control and micromanagement.

Main areas of focus

  • electronic document flow
  • analytics and management reporting (Power BI)
  • internal automation and digital tools for project management
  • integration between systems

Key competencies:

Functional (hard skills)

  • experience in managing digital operations or a portfolio of end-to-end digital solutions
  • ability to work with architecture and integrations at the level of management solutions (not as an architect)
  • experience in interacting with business and technical stakeholders
  • experience in managing external contractors with clear acceptance criteria
  • deep technical expertise in the field of corporate IT systems, architectural solutions and integrations, sufficient for making managerial and technical decisions and risk assessment

Behavioral (Soft skills)

  • ownership for the result (leads to use, not to launch)
  • systemic thinking and prioritization in limited resources
  • ability to make and maintain complex decisions
  • translation of technical into business language
  • resilience to uncertainty and operational pressure

Expected results (Outcomes)

  • Digital operations and decisions are managed through a single portfolio, which is the main source of up-to-date information about statuses, priorities and responsible.
  • For each digital decision is defined business goal and business owner, with a clear division of responsibility between business and technical implementation.
  • Digital operations priorities are formed according to transparent and agreed rules, taking into account value, risks, resources and strategic context.
  • Digital solutions are brought to stable daily work, and their effectiveness is determined by actual use by teams and achievement of the expected operational effect.
  • Interaction with internal teams and external contractors is predictable, with clear requirements, timelines, acceptance criteria and control points.
  • The digital function operates as a stable operating system that delivers measurable benefits and does not require constant manual intervention from management.

Selection process

We use the A-method - a structured and fair system that helps to find the best match between roles, team and tasks candidate.

The process includes:

5. ReferenceCheck: With your permission, we contact 2-3 people you have worked with to get additional perspective on your work style.

6. Final meeting: Offline meeting with the manager to agree expectations, questions and final mutual decision.

7. Offer: After the final agreement, we will promptly inform you of the decision and, if the result is positive, we will make an offer for cooperation.
