What you will do as a Business analyst:
-Conduct business needs analysis and collect requirements from stakeholders.
-Documentation development and support: tracking changes, creating new and updating existing documentation.
-Designing business processes at the executive level using BPMN 2.0 notation.
-Assessment of the impact of new functionalities on existing ones solutions.
-Consulting company employees on business process automation.
-Development of API specifications and ensuring communication with IT departments regarding integrations.
-Setting tasks for UI/UX designers, checking their implementation.
-Supporting a team of developers and testers on software requirements.
-Conducting acceptance testing of created solutions.

Your ideal profile:
Must-have:
- Work experience of 3 years or more in the position of Business Analyst or System Analyst.
-Experience in developing User Stories, Job Stories and Use Cases.
-Experience in modeling schemes in BPMN 2.0 and UML notations.
-Possessing skills in developing API specifications.
-Successful implementation of mobile and/or web projects.
-Knowledge of the basics of flexible software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
-Ability to effectively communicate with UI/UX designers, developers and testers.
-Speed in switching between tasks and deep immersion in the essence of work.
-Skills of collecting, analyzing and documenting requirements.
-Knowledge of the software creation process and life cycle projects.
- Confident skills in working with tools for creating documentation and modeling business processes.
-Understanding the principles of UI/UX design.
